We started Seven Days of Fire back in 2015 in Ottawa, driven by a shared love for loud guitars and honest songwriting. Over the years, we've grown into a tight-knit five-piece band, shaped by late-night rehearsals, DIY gigs, and moments where the music spoke louder than words.

Our sound is rooted in rock, with influences from grunge, alternative, and metal—it’s not about following trends, but playing what feels authentic to us. In 2023, we released Existential Prophecies, an EP that reflects where we’re at: gritty riffs, thoughtful lyrics, and a raw energy we hope resonates with those who need it.

Every show we play, no matter the size, is an opportunity for connection. We pour everything we've got into the music because we've seen how it can reach people in ways words can't. Whether you're just discovering us or you've been along for the ride, we're grateful you're here!
